Grounded Accountability:

a new program developed by insium

We know that we've already sent you 2 newsletters this year, AND we know that we'd promised to only email you once every quarter. BUT we’re excited about what we’ve been up to in January, and we wanted to share it with you!

We’ve been hard at work developing “Grounded Accountability” — a program inspired by the work of Dr. Brené Brown’s “Strong Ground”, and informed by the work of many.

Why Grounded Accountability?  Because somewhere along the way, holding people to account became about blame, fear and defensiveness.  But that’s not what accountability is. Accountability is empowering, proactive, growth-oriented, curiosity and possibility, and future success.

The overall aim of insium’s “Grounded Accountability” program is to build the knowledge, skills and mindsets that enable accountability, creating cultures in which people hold their strong ground.

An overview of our “Grounded Accountability” program can be found here.

We welcome the opportunity to have a conversation with you, and with others in your workplace for whom this will of interest. If you or your colleagues would like to have this conversation too, please use our Contact Page to let us know.

Also inspired by Brené’s “Strong Ground”, we are currently developing three more programs:

  • Empathy
  • Humble Leadership
  • S( )R, where ( ) is the space between stimulus and response

If you would like to receive information about these new programs, please use our Contact Page to let us know and we will send that information directly to you as it becomes available.

Thank you for excusing our excitement!  We very much look forward to hearing from you.

Dina
